w8 emp i think u need also a super Cheap Donation for only 50 pesos then can have a good weapon with good ups. but just for 1 week. after 1 week it will be expired.

hmmm i think instead of 50 pesos... why don't you implement the vote4points.

It goes like this:

The player must vote in order to obtain Rpoints(Rebellion Points) and 1 vote=1Rpoints..

Then the items in the item shop can be bought through Rpoints but it has expiration like 15D or 7D.
